My two best friends from college were pregnant for the first time this spring, and it inspired me to write an article about what I wish I’d known in those days before changing diapers and fretting about the number of chicken nuggets my family consumes. Oh, and for you Americans, Happy 4th of July! I’ll be celebrating my independence from my ego this weekend by doing a little yoga, if I’m lucky.
